Melinda is a Therapy Assistant and Front Office Manager at Neo Therapy Group.

Formally an early childhood educator for over 11 years, Melinda decided on a career change and became the Front Office Manager at Neo Therapy.

Seeing first-hand the positive impacts therapy can have on a client’s well-being profoundly affected Melinda and inspired her to further her study and become a Therapy Assistant.

Having an Early Childhood educator involved in the treatment provided to paediatric clients is an excellent way of maximising therapeutic benefits as the activities are tailored and enjoyable

Peter Kelly

Client Welfare

Practice Manager & Client Welfare Officer

Peter is the Client Welfare Officer and Practice Manager at Neo Therapy Group.

Peter has a long history of helping in the community. As a teenager, he regularly volunteered at the local PCYC, where he assisted as a coach, was a scout leader, and later was voted on to the board.

He spent many years working in the Steelworks until becoming ill with a chronic health condition and being forced to retire prematurely.

Remembering his struggles, Peter again turned his attention to helping others, often saying, “ If I struggled to get the assistance I needed, then many others must be having similar difficulties”. He decided that the best way he could help people would be to team up with like-minded health professionals and start a healthcare business focusing on holistic care and adherence to therapy.

Neo Therapy Group was founded on the idea that clients will attend appointments, adhere to recommendations, and achieve the greatest therapeutic benefit if the entire process is easy and enjoyable.
